Aluminum extrusion raw materials

Quality depends on its raw material. Pure aluminum: purity of more than 99.5%, producing of high purity requirements of aluminum profiles. Alloy aluminum: copper, silicon, magnesium, zinc and other elements, common 6061, 6063. Extrusion cutting of aluminum profiles

Appearance or dimensions inspection

Appearance check the surface of the aluminum profile for cracks, bubbles, scratches, dents and other surface defects. Check for color uniformity and anodic oxide film. Dimension testing, the use of calipers, micrometers to measure the length and width, angle ruler, projector to detect the angle shape, ensure the aluminum profile straightness and flatness.

Physics and chemistry laboratory

Main testing equipment: coordinate measuring instrument, electrolytic coating thickness measuring instrument, tensile testing machine, salt spray test chamber, torque meter, indentation hardness or roughness tester etc. The main functions: performance testing, mechanical and physical performance evaluation, chemical composition analysis. R&D to support new processes.
