1. Blank preparation: Aluminum alloy ingot (6xxx series), heated to softening temperature 400-500℃.

2. Extrusion molding: Push the aluminum billet through the die to form the required cross-sectional shape through a 10-200MN hydraulic press.

Key parameters: extrusion ratio of 10:1 to 100:1, extrusion speed 5-50 m/min.

3. Cooling and straightening: Air cooling or water quenching, T5/T6 heat treatment, straightening to eliminate deformation.

4.Surface treatment: Anodizing-Increase the hardness/corrosion resistance of aluminum extrusion profiles, beautiful protection process-powder spraying, electrophoretic coating.
